‘Tis the season to get creative and we have the perfect way for all of you to decorate your home this festive season.

Download our free patterns and follow our simple 4 step guide and create your own hanging Meri Meri Christmas wreath.

All you need to make your very own Meri Meri Christmas wreath is a pair of scissors, ribbon, double sided tape (or glue), buttons, our Meri Meri downloadable patterns and coloured card and to follow our 4 easy steps below.

Step 1: Using double sided tape or glue, stick your Meri Meri templates to your coloured card

Step 2: Cut out your thin strips of card

Step 3: Stick the two end of the strip together to make a circle, press firmly on the side of the circle to flatten and then open up to create a leaf like shape (as shown above).  Do this to all your card strips.

Step 4: Using 5 leaf shapes, create a star and stick the corners together. Once you have all 9 stars, create a circle and glue them all together.  Add buttons for decoration and a ribbon and hang from door this Christmas.

It’s Movember!!! At Meri Meri we are helping raise awareness of this great cause.

“During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and testicular cancer.”

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE DINOSAUR NESTS

METHOD

FOR THE CAKES

• Pre-heat your oven to 170°c (325°F) Gas Mark 3
• Using an electric mixer combine eggs with sugar until pale
• In a separate bowl sieve flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt
• In a jug combine the milk and vanilla essence
• Slowly add the flour mixture and milk to the eggs and sugar until all added
• Add the butter and mix well
• Spoon your mixture 2/3 full into your cupcake cases and bake for 30minutes
• Once cooked allow to cool for 5minutes and then transfer to a wire rack

FOR THE TOPPING

• Add butter to an electric mixer
• Slowly add the icing sugar and cocoa powder
• Add milk and mix well
• Using a knife decorate your cakes
• Grate dark chocolate on top, add jelly beans and your favourite Meri Meri toppers

Once printed stick around your house/garden or glue onto wooden stakes to peg into grass or plant pots!
